Open daily from 7am-9pm, the Aztec Gym in Torquay provides the perfect environment for shaping up and working out in a relaxed and friendly environment. Our equipment includes the latest CV equipment with onboard TV monitors, resistance machines and a dedicated free weights room.

Do you want to kick start your fitness journey after a break? Maybe you need some reassurance that you are heading in the right direction. Iwona will carry our a Full Health and Nutrition MOT, taking into consideration your past and present medical history and any concerns you may have.

- Full physical screening body weight, including BMI, body fat and muscle mass percentage along with visceral fat and blood pressure
- Check against NHS guidelines
- Diet assessment according to personal goals
- Advice and guidance on achieving your health and nutrition goals

The gym is available for guests aged 16 and over. We ask that you please wear appropriate clothing, especially suitable footwear.
