Aztec Leisure FAQs

We are now able to take contactless payments in the Aztec Bistro, Alberts Bar and all our hotel bars. For all other payments made on our Resort, please use cash or pay by card (chip and pin).

The NHS advise against the use of saunas, hot tubs and steam rooms during pregnancy. Use of our facilities is at your own discretion FIND OUT MORE

You need to be over 18 years old to have one of our treatments.

Answer:

Teas, coffee and water are freely available on a complementary basis throughout your visit. If you are celebrating something special like a birthday, anniversary or forthcoming wedding, why not treat yourself to a bottle of wine or bubbly which can be purchased at the Aztec Bistro. We do not allow any drinks to be consumed that are not purchased on the premises.

Answer:

The Aztec pool is between 1 metre – 1.8 metres deep and is heated upto 29oC. The free-form pool is very shallow at the ramp end, graduating to 2 metres deep and is also heated upto 29oC. Please remember that the pools are part of the main Aztec Leisure area and are not exclusive to the Aztec Spa.

There are no showers in the Aztec Spa, but you are welcome to use the showers in the Aztec pool area.

NHS employees are entitled to exclusive discounts on Aztec Spa treatments and also a discount on memberships to the Aztec Club Gym and Pool. We ask for full payment at the time of booking. This secures your appointment, saves time on the day and ensures the smooth running of appointments.
