For dancers who may not have a regular dance partner. Join Christine Redfern and her team of “Holiday & Dance” and learn & update your Ballroom & Latin along with some party dances. Partners cannot be guaranteed, but you are encouraged to mingle with fellow guests and you will definitely get the opportunity to dance.

About your hosts
Although she was a successful competitor at National level, by the time she was 19 Chris knew she wanted to be a teacher and in 1980 took the first of her many professional teaching qualifications. In 1981 she moved to Cornwall and started her own school in Falmouth. As an International and Championship adjudicator, Chris has judged as far afield as Australia and was an examiner for 10 years before resigning to concentrate her energy on her school. Christine has been running The Gemini Dance studios since 1981, she has trained people from Beginners to Competitors and also trains other dance professionals. Christine started The Gemini Dance Studios in 1981 having moved to Cornwall from Manchester. She was born and raised in a dancing family – Christine’s parents were North of England Ballroom Champions in the 1950s and ran a very successful dance school in Manchester for over 30 years. Christine had a successful dancing career as a competitor and medalist from the age of 5, until taking the first of her professional dance qualifications at the age of 20.

8.30-10.45pm: Social Dancing in the Chatsworth Ballroom including some party dances
Tuesday
8.00-9.45am: Breakfast is served in the Restaurant
10.30am-12.30pm: Dance Workshop in the Chatsworth Ballroom – It is possible the session may be split to benefit levels of experience and everyone’s enjoyment (each session would not be less than one hour)
6.00pm: Dinner is served in the Restaurant
8.00-8.30pm: Revision from the morning workshop in the Chatsworth Ballroom
8.30-10.45 pm: Social Dancing in the Chatsworth Ballroom
Wednesday
8.00-9.45am: Breakfast is served in the Restaurant
Free day to explore the area or use the superb facilities at TLH
6.00pm: Dinner is served in the Restaurant
8.00-8.30pm: Q&A in the Chatsworth Ballroom – Help with your dance issues
8.30-10.45pm: Social Dancing in the Chatsworth Ballroom including some party dances
Thursday
8.00-9.45am: Breakfast is served in the Restaurant
10.30am-12.30pm: Dance Workshop in the Chatsworth Ballroom – It is possible the session may be split to benefit levels of experience and everyone’s enjoyment (each session would not be less than one hour)
6.00pm: Dinner is served in the Restaurant
8.00-8.30pm: Revision of the work covered this week in the Chatsworth Ballroom
8.30-10.45pm: Farewell Social Dancing in the Chatsworth Ballroom including some fun/party dances with an optional Halloween theme
