TLH Leisure Resort consists of 4 Hotels, Aztec Club & Spa facilities, Alberts Bar & Aztec Bistro.
As the Senior Maintenance Operative, you will be key in ensuring that we maintain our commitment to providing a safe and sustainable place of work. Working alongside a team of Maintenance Operatives and a full time Fire Warden you will ensure that all property issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently across the resort.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all maintenance tickets are prioritised and actioned within a timely manner
- Maintaining a proactive programme to reduce any unnecessary and costly issues
- Ordering materials at a cost effective price
- Working alongside contractors
- Ensuring all maintenance equipment and areas, including tools, ladders and the maintenance shed is checked and maintained at regular intervals
- Ensure that all training is kept up to date for yourself and the team
- Checking external areas for signs of damage
- Carrying out maintenance duties alongside the team
- Arranging rotas to ensure that there is always adequate cover

Hours and Rate of pay:
This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week, working a variable schedule across the weekends, mornings and evenings.
Salary: £28,000 per annum.
